Our Corporate Social Responsibility is at the core of our operations, and this is reflected in our TPI values, and we spare no effort to ensure that they are the solid backbone of our operations.

Code of Ethics

Our Code of Ethics: We strive to conduct our business honestly and ethically wherever we operate in the world. We constantly improve the quality of our services, products and operations and develop, and work to maintain and elevate a reputation for honesty, fairness, respect, responsibility, integrity, trust and sound business judgment. No illegal or unethical conduct on the part of officers, directors, employees or affiliates are tolerated.

We do not compromise our principles for short-term advantage. The ethical performance of our company is the sum of the ethics of the men and women who make up our family. Thus, we are all expected to adhere to high standards of personal integrity.

Save the Tigers Campaign: As Tigers we have taken action - we have joined the WWF - World Wildlife Organization to support their initiatives to save the tigers; and we have adopted a family of tigers and pledge to make our roar heard wherever possible to serve our namesake.

CSR Principles

We incorporate Corporate Social Responsibility into our operations in a manner that reflects our commitment to the following 10 Principles of the UNGC:

    Human Rights

  • principle 1: Businesses should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights
  • principle 2: make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses.
  • Labor

  • principle 3: Businesses should uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining;
  • principle 4: the elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labor;
  • principle 5: the effective abolition of child labor;
  • principle 6: the elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.
  • Enviroment

  • principle 7: Businesses should support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges;
  • principle 8: undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility
  • principle 9: encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies.
  • Anti-Corruption

  • principle 10: Businesses should work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.
